There is
a Mayor of a very large progressive Canadian city who seems to "get
it". This lady is in her 80s and is
very successful in keeping her city budget balanced, i.e., no debt and also a
very large dollar reserve. She keeps
getting reelected because of her ability and this video certainly proves why!
